Stephen joined the firm as an associate in 2009. His practice focus is primarily in the areas of complex business, real property, and commercial litigation. Stephen is a highly valued member of our legal team.
Background
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts & Sciences at New York University. During his undergraduate studies, Stephen was an international student at Oxford University and a member of the Oxford Law Society and Oxford Union Society.
Stephen earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. During his first year of law school, he was elected by his peers to serve as Student Bar Association Class Representative. He later became a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, and competed onto both Moot Court and the Trial Advocacy Group. He was also a research assistant for the International Workshop on Data Privacy, and a semi-finalist at the Georgetown Trial Competition.
As an intern for the Honorable Judge Denny Chin of the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of New York, Stephen gained valuable insight into the judicial perspective. He also had the privilege of working as an intern in the Juvenile Rights Division of Legal Aid in New York City. In recognition of his community service efforts, Stephen was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
