Background
Michael Cosculluela is a Managing Partner of the firm and is currently a member of the bar for the State of Florida, United States Federal Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999. As an undergraduate, Michael studied political science and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in 1994. Michael is bilingual and can communicate fluently with both English and Spanish speaking clients.

Michael has extensive experience in complex real estate and corporate litigation and is a current candidate for board certification with the Florida Bar in the area of real estate law. Michael has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including mortgage lenders, condominium associations, developers, banks and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Michael also represents a number of closely held companies, partnerships and individuals throughout the United States and abroad.
