Background

Daniel Marzano is a Managing Partner of Cosculluela & Marzano, P.A. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1996 where he was a member of The President's Honor Roll. In 1999, he received a Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, United States Federal Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court. Daniel is a candidate for Board Certification with the Florida Bar in the area of Real Estate Law.

Practice Areas

Daniel oversees the firm's practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, title insurance, property management, lender transactional representation, corporate transactions and general business law. Daniel has personally performed in excess of 1,000 real estate closings, drafted loan documents for numerous lenders, drafted organizational documents for hundreds of business organizations and serves on the board of directors of multiple condominium associations.
